    1. Thanks Dominica! I was hoping it would resonate with the tribe and help someone. Thanks you for all you do to support, encourage, and guide us! πŸ™‚

  1. Every day in every way you are getting better and better, Ketih. Your affirmations can only increase the speed of your journey. Great post.

    1. Hi Jack – thanks. I really appreciate your words. I also love the one your “Every day in every way…” I learned that one at a Tony Robbins DWD event. Haven’t used it in a while, but perhaps it’s time to pull it back out again. Thanks πŸ™‚

  2. Great post. You have been open and vulnerable about your struggles and you are a champion because of it. You are nature’s greatest miracle. You were brought forth with the seed of the Infinite in you. Thanks for sharing.

    1. Hi Richard, thanks so much for your kind words. I really appreciate them. This has certainly been an interesting journey for me and it’s just beginning. Can’t wait to see what’s truly in store for me as well as you and everyone else that is continuing to put in the hard mental labor. It’s absolutley worth it! Thanks again!

  3. Hi Keith. I completely agree with you. Some times I feel like some things are changing. But yet a good many days, I feel like nothing has changed. But I keep doing everything & keep pushing forward thinking/hoping one of these days I will start seeing some changes. So you’re not alone. Just keep on keepin on …. keepin those promises! πŸ™‚ If you’d ever want/need someone to talk/chat with I’m usually online pretty much every day. Wishing you much success & happiness!

    1. Hi Mare – thank you very much for your encouragement and for sharing about yourself. If there is one thing I have learned in these last 17 weeks (and I’m reminded of it each week), it’s that many of us are working thru our own challenges, but we are all having those up’s and downs. Not that I want that to happen for anyone else, but at least I know I’m normal LOL and that I’m not the only one having that experience. I’d love to chat so let’s make a point to definitely do that perhaps later this week. Just keep persisting – you absolutley WILL see changes. It is only a matter of time. Just keep reminding yourself “Henceforth, I consider each days effort as but one blow of my blade against a might Oak”. The oak will fall! Keep going, Keep persisting. You’ve got this and we are in this together. I absolutely know you are special and have a ton to offer, so keep going and bring it out so you can offer it to the world and live the life you are meant to live.

  4. Great blog, Keith! Thank you for sharing! I can recognize this, because I felt the same thing with “Do it now”. I said it out loud with enthusiasm, and I said it more times than required just to boost myself, and it worked! Finally I felt that ants were everywhere in my body and I wanted to DO anything to make things happen that took me nearer my DMP. I also thank you that you have reminded me of this strong force by saying it out loud because I am not as enthusiastic as I was before. Now am I inspired to say the affirmations out real loud again, because I know that it works. It makes things happen.

    1. Hi Monica, I am so glad my experience is helping you. That was my hope; that if anyone else is struggling in any way and can use what is working to help drive themselves, then that makes me feel good that my experience is able to help someone else. Looking forward to continuing this journey with you! Keep going, You’ve got this!

  5. Loved your experiences this week. I have had a similar experience that I have written three sentences, from the previous scrolls that help me keep moving forward and remain focus. I am finding where my heart is at is the major factor each time I overcome the obstacles the confront me. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

    1. Hi Shaelyn – I so glad you could relate to my story. I used to think I was the only one having struggles, but I find that many are going thru their own challenges just like me. Some more challenges, some less. But we are all going thru our own unique growth experiences. Thank you for your kind words and I can’t wait to continue this journey with everyone.

  6. Hey Keith!

Thank you for this post, very nice break down on three key teachings during the journey.

Might add that your last phrase for me is also one of my big three!

    -A

    1. Hye Alejandro – that’s cool! Great to hear from you and thanks for reaching out. Keep on keeping on my friend and become the best version of you that you are meant to be!

  7. “I persist until I succeed, and
Henceforth, I consider each day’s effort as but one blow of my blade against a mighty oak..”
struck a deep chord within me too.
Thank you for sharing “the big 3..”
‘I always keep my promises’ is going to be my theme for my workout today πŸ™‚

    1. So glad you can relate! Have an amazing week and why not make “I always keep my promises” your workout them each day this week. Thanks so much for reaching out.

    1. Thanks David! Glad you liked the blog. The more I repeat and affirm with emotion My Big 3, the more they are being anchored. Keep at it and the same will happen for you. Persist and Succeed my friend!

  8. Wow Keith ! Thank you for such a nice post. I was convinced that my New Blue Print is rising like a Phoenix from the ashes of my Old one but after reading you I start to see that I have long way to go yet. You inspired me with your post and “I always keep my promises” will become an obstinate motiv in my head from now. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

    1. Hi Cristina – thank you so much. I know I definitely have a long way to go! I’m so grateful you were inspired and I’m really excited for you that you feel your New Blue Print is “rising like a Phoenix from the ashes” – that is very cool! We are on this journey together and I’m honored to be on it with you.

  9. Thank you for your blog. Today I was feeling like there are some stubborn cement that’s reluctant to shift. It’s helpful to learn others are experiencing the same. Like you, I am committed to the exercises. I keep telling myself, I am experimenting with me, lets see what I can uncover.

    1. Hi Naila – It’s amazing just how thick that cement is. I used to feel I was the only one experiencing the stubborness, but I now know that I am not alone. Something that really seemed to help me begin moving forward is what I experienced this week with my “old friend” as Mark refers to him. I wrote about that this week and perhpas what I am doing can also help you. I’m grateful to be on this journey with you. Keep persisting and YOU WILL SUCCEED!!!

  10. The Big Three….. A ‘This Is Us’ fan? (no biggie if not, I just couldn’t help but draw the connection ;))

This is a great post! I can totally relate to feeling frustrated after having done what feels like a lot of work for change, but not seeming to see any difference(s). Your 3 phrases are great! and seem to have made such a difference for you and have me definitely thinking about what resonates and what will keep me moving forward and charging ahead. A few weeks ago I shared my phrase of Mark’s, ‘it’s already done’ that had been working for me, and still is, but I definitely need to dig in and find some more that will work along with ‘it’s already done’ and continue to carry on long after the course. Thanks Keith and congrats on the featured blog post!

    1. Hi Kami! I have not yet had the pleasure of watching ‘This Is Us’, but from what I keep hearing I will be as soon as I watch the first episode. In the past I have used T.V. a lot to procrasinate from the things I should be doing. So, for the time being, I have cut out all TV. I’ll write about the experience in one of my future blogs, but for now, I’ll put this show on my list of things to watch in the future. I’m have been using that phrase “it’s already done” you shared as well – thank you! The more I used My Big 3 the mmore they are getting anchored in. Keep searching, you will find other phrases that resonate with you, and sometimes picking a few that seem to stir even a little something inside can be ones you use and ramp up the intensity on that and before you know it they are resonating with you on a much deeper level.

    1. Hey thanks Byron! Grateful you got something from my experience and hopefully it helped you in some way. Glad to be on this journey with you!
